| How will I know you received my order? |

A confirmation letter is sent to the email address you provide during registration.
The confirmation letter contains an order confirmation number, a description of your order, an
itemized invoice, and shipping information which includes carrier and tracking information.

| When will you ship my order? |
|
Your order will usually ship within 24 hours of the time we receive it.
While we maintain an inventory of over 265,000 selections, we cannot guarantee a stock of
every title. In stock and Back ordered items will be shipped together when all items
become available.

Anywhere in the United States and Canada.

| How can I track my order? |
|
We send a confirmation letter to the email address you provided during registration.
The confirmation letter contains an order confirmation number, a description of your order,

number. In addition, the confirmation contains a link for you to use to track your order on the web.

| How do I know my commerce transactions are secure? |
|
We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which is among the best software available
today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card
number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an
unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure.
Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well. With regard to overall security, we always use industry
standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that
house our equipment are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and
information collected.

| What are my payment options? |

We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa Check Card. |

| What are my shipping options? |
|
Shipping options include Next Day and 2nd Day Priority Air, and Standard Ground shipping from UPS. |

| Is it safe to use my credit card? |
|
Shopping with OpenGlobe is absolutely safe. You never have to worry about credit-card safety
when you are shopping at our site. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected
and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them. |

| Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it? |
|
You can return any unopened or damaged product. Here is what you need to do:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns cannot be accepted
without this number. You can contact Customer Service at openglobe@aent.com or call us toll-free at 877-692-9837.
Step 2: Fill out the Returns Form on the back of your invoice.
Step 3: Pack and Send Enclose merchandise and the completed returns form in a sturdy package.
Fill out the return label included on the invoice, including your RA#. Affix the return label to the back of the invoice

Springs, FL 33065-7616 Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned
merchandise will be credited to your credit card. We cannot accept any opened merchandise.

| What are your shipping charges? |
|
We offer three types of shipping. The majority of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 3-6 business days after receipt of your order.
We also offer overnight and 2nd Day delivery through UPS. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable
to ship orders internationally.

| Will I be charged sales tax on orders? |
|
Orders shipped to California, Florida, Indiana, Maryland and South Carolina will have applicable
local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges
where appropriate.

| What is your pricing and availability policy? |
|
The price for every item is listed on its detail page. We offer you consistently low prices on
our selection of CDs, videos and DVDs. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you
order, but please note that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order has been shipped.
Despite our best efforts there is a small chance that an item may be mispriced. We verify prices
as part of our shipping process: If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we
charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact
you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
You may also contact us if you notice an incorrect price in your order confirmation.

| What will you do with my email address? |
|
We do not rent, sell or exchange e-mail addresses. We ask for your e-mail address for online
purchases to provide you with excellent customer service. We communicate with you every time
you place an order to confirm receipt of the order, to notify you when an order has shipped, or if we
have any problems with your order.
